RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Basic Salary: 21,000 - 26,000 (based upon experience) OTE: Uncapped Benefits: Free Parking + Bonus + Commission + 25 days holiday + Healthcare This is a Doncaster-based, successful and well-established recruitment agency with a network of offices strategically located across the UK. They turnover 40m+ and have some established, long-term relationships with customers across the region. Due to growth, they are looking to strengthen the team in Doncaster. This is an opportunity, with scope, for an autonomous recruiter. The team are sociable, friendly and have a professional outlook and they are looking for a team member with similar qualities. You will be responsible for placing candidates in roles within warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and unskilled roles across the region. This role is diverse and interesting and will include: Generating new business via direct sales and marketing campaigns. Building close relationships with customers to ensure long-term growth. Delivering a first-class recruitment service. Interviewing and attracting applicants to the business. Social media and networking. Accurate and timely administration. You will be confident, self-motivated, ambitious and a people person who has the drive and tenacity to achieve in a highly rewarding but competitive industry. You will possess excellent time management skills and be an effective communicator. Essential attributes include: Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (any sector). Good sales and business development skills. Driving Licence essential as client visits will need to be made.
