You must hold a full UK license with your own vehicle as you may take clients out into the community or to appointments. Job Description Who are we? Home Instead Swansea is a franchise branch of Home Instead Senior Care We're a 5* rated employer We provide domiciliary care, visiting elderly clients in their homes We have a unique approach and ethos, matching individual clients and CAREGivers together to ensure genuine bonds and lasting friendships Job Description CAREGivers provide a bespoke service depending on the needs of an individual client. Calls are a minimum of one hour to guarantee great quality Companionship, Home Help and Personal Care are the main sorts of care we provide. Many client calls will involve a combination of care types Job Requirements Staff must have their own reliable vehicle and a driving licence Must be able to work every other weekend We hire staff aged 18 or over Prior experience isn't necessary Good availability will increase number of hours offered Further requirements for the guaranteed income positions Desirable Qualities Staff should be kind, caring and compassionate Staff should have a genuine desire to help others Staff should be positive, enthusiastic, reliable and professional Position Info 8.72 per hour Higher rate on weekends Double time for bank holidays Paid travel time (25p per mile) Paid training, appraisals, staff meetings, and QCF office time Paid holiday Staff pension Other benefit and reward schemes Qualifications No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new CAREGivers and will be refreshed throughout your career with us.
