Job Description

Hours per week: 37.5 hours Contract Type: Permanent Apprentice trained Tradesperson required - the role primarily involves carrying out maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems with the emphasis on those with a mechanical bias on this occasion. Experience in a health service environment would be an advantage, but full training in hospital specific systems will be provided. You will be based at York Hospital with Occasional Travel to other sites (all travel in work time, using an Estates vehicle). You will be required to work on a Rotating Shift Pattern. NHS terms and conditions apply, including unsocial hours payments where applicable. We offer the opportunity for you to develop your technical skills with employer funded training and have a range of roles to progress into, from Band 6 upwards.
