Job Description * Do you have a caring and compassionate nature? * Are you looking to work for the highest rated care company in the World? We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in the Worcestershire area. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients keep their independence in their own home. Home Instead is different to other agencies. Calls are a minimum of one hour; our Care Givers do not wear uniforms and they go back to the same clients all the time to build up that special relationship. Home Instead are looking for CAREGivers in the Droitwich area to support clients between the hours of 9.15am and 2.30 pm + Alternative Weekends. CAREGiver pay rate: 11.77 - 12.88, 21.66 Bank Holidays including guaranteed Holiday Pay. You do not need previous experience as full, paid training is provided. However you do need a full driving licence and access to a car.
