Care Co-ordinator - Band 6 Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist? We are committed to continuing to improve the quality of care we provide, as demonstrated by Haringey Community Services being chosen as a trial site for the Open Dialogue Research Study, Haringey CAMHS being chosen as a pilot for the CAMHS 'Trailblazer' programme and our Older Person's Services rated as Excellent by the Care Quality Commission in 2018. We're also redeveloping the St Ann's site and building four new in-patient wards in a state of the art building. We currently have opportunities for clinicians to work as Care Co-ordinators in our Mental Health Community Services to provide quality patient centred care and develop their knowledge and skills, by working closely with our psychological therapy treatment pathway. This allows Care Co-ordinator to develop skills in working with clients with Psychosis, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Personality Disorder and Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
