Care Recruitment Consultant If you are a dynamic and motivated individual who wants to exceed expectations placing candidates into roles, earning bonus all while having fun along the way, then read on! Working Monday To Friday with on call. Role: - To understand and match to the needs of the clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service - To maximise revenue and ensure profitability through sales, marketing and placements To generate new business opportunities through telephone and face to face sales To maintain and maximise existing business potential while growing the business through new business opportunities To recruit quality candidates through a planned recruitment strategy The Company: You will join a team of 8 dedicated staff in helping the branch achieve its daily goals and expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment consultant to work on a new start up in a vibrant agency. You will use your excellent skills and experience to gain new business and work alongside our existing clients and applicants. Role Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in care recruitment. A `Can Do` attitude Drive and determination to succeed Ability to build and maintain working relationships Excellent customer service skills In House Recruitment Training Continual development throughout your career Pension Contribution Private Health Care Use of company car (for business purposes!)
