We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our Clients to join our team in Newport Pagnell and the surrounding villages. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help Clients remain in their own home, as safely and as independently as possible. You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. Your days will be varied, as the support we provide is unique to each Client. You will be expected to work as part of a team to provide continuous support for new and existing Clients, which will include some evenings and alternate weekends. Qualifications his involves spending time with the same regular clients, building great working relationships. Being someone's only person they might see for the day, giving companionship. Putting a smile on some ones face. Being supportive and being there if they have lost confidence to help them in and out of the shower or bath.
