Job Description

You'll join the team in Cirencester who support five people with learning disabilities and autism at home and in the community to live life more freely. You don't necessarily need experience as we provide full training. You'll join our friendly teams, enabling people with learning disabilities to increase their independence; there's lots of variety. You'll support individuals in all aspects of daily living; from cooking to managing finances. Supporting people with their personal care and medication needs is also key. As a support worker you'll also support people to do things in their community; from shopping and going on day trips to sport and visiting day centres. If you have experience as a care assistant or care worker in a care home, you'll discover we provide plenty of on-going training, support to achieve relevant qualifications and career progression.
