Job Description

Part Time and Weekend Opportunities Available Now! Have you ever picked up a prescription for a friend or accompanied someone to the doctor? What about helping someone at your local community hall or church group? Or, have you simply just lent your ear to a friend or offered a shoulder to lean on when somebody has needed some emotional support? Becoming a CAREGiver is simply all those things that you do to enhance the quality of life for seniors and to help keep them independent in their own home. With Home Instead, care means quality care. It means providing support that is completely personalised to the individual and is based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared experiences or interests and minimum one hour visits. Because of this, you can help children of ageing parents know that their loved ones remain safe and well, and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require a bit of extra support to retain their independence. We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts to become CAREGivers. This role is subject to Access NI enhanced disclosure.
