Trainee Fire Sprinkler Fitter £18,000 - £28,000 (Depending on Experience) Fire Fighter 24/7 LLP are a family run business and formed in 2007. One of the founder Partners has been in the fire protection industry since 1986. We specialise in domestic and residential sprinkler systems and dry riser installations. We are currently looking for 2 new recruits to join our expanding team, in a fast growing industry. This job is perfect for your 1st career or fancy a career change in the construction industry. Trainee Fire Sprinkler Brief. * You will be working alongside our established teams of 2/3. On new build construction sites. Varying from care homes, apartment blocks & houses. * Your daily tasks will consist of: * Setting out and marking sprinkler locations. * Fabrication of new plastic pipework. * Drilling ceiling fixings. * Working at height. * Carrying out stock takes and orders. * Filling in paperwork. * Carrying out water testing. * You will be on different sites from week to week. * On average the days with traveling will be 10-12hrs. Key attributes: * Full driving License. * Able to work to our clients expectations and programme time scales. * Must be a Team player. * Keen and willing learner. * Career Driven. * Must be Punctual, reliable and have good time keeping. * Confident communicator. * Located within 10miles from Melksham Package on offer: * 40Hours a week + over time. * 20 days holiday + bank holidays. * Paid monthly. * Full time contract. * 3month probation period. * Travel from office/supervisor's house to site provided. * Tools provided. * Overtime Paid at time and ¼ after 40hours has been worked. * Basic Salary £18,000-£28,000 + (Overtime pay on top). * Pension if eligible. * All Training courses will be provided. * Immediate start.
