Job Description

As part of the Community Experience Team you will be a key part of the delivery of our Community and ensuring that happiness of our members. You will be involved in the following: Executing the daily delivery of the community * Be one of the main contacts for our members * Taking care of all general communications, ensuring they are answered promptly and efficiently whether via email or over the phone * Working closely and sharing feedback with the Community Champions to ensure they can deliver the best experience for members * Working closely with our Member Operations team to deliver effective solutions and keeping all parties informed * Ensuring the Community Representatives have all of the information they need to welcome new members to the community * Be involved in the general organisation and execution of member events Improving the experience for the community * Gathering information from teams within Lyvly about the homes and Community to enhance members experience * Using this information to improve operational management systems, processes and best practices * Building relationships with concierges and building managers to improve experiences within homes * Enhancing our knowledge base and building out knowledge articles to help members solve their own problems Requirements * Have prior experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing business * Excellent communication skills * Have a track record of customer service and operational delivery in a previous role * Are extremely calm under pressure and can adapt quickly to changing requirements * Have exceptional organisational skills and are able to juggle multiple tasks. * Are a self-starter - initiatives can go a long way * Are tech-friendly, with working knowledge of Excel/GSuite * Are an all-rounder that enjoys getting stuck into lots of different jobs and gets a buzz from having a 'ticked-off' to-do list. * You love making people smile and really appreciate how sometimes the smallest thing can make the biggest difference to someone's day.
