Quantity Surveyor

Klarity Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our Lincolnshire based client. The Company Established company providing high quality commercial refit and refurbishment, to high end clients are looking to appoint a quantity surveyor as part of their current growth plan. The Role The role will include preparation of cost reports to the client, valuations, commercial reporting, preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules, administration of subcontractor / supplier accounts. This is a permanent role paying a negotiable salary in the region of 40,000 to 45,000 per annum + Car Allowance. The Person We are looking for a professional approach together with broad range of experience within the Fit-Out sector, excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be a team player, working with experienced colleagues all taking responsibility for a job well done, and interested in contributing to the ongoing success of the business alongside developing your own career.
