Company Description Hotel General Manager We have a great opportunity for an experienced Hotel General Manager to manage one of our prestigious venues in the Hertfordshire area. If your all about Venue Sales, Food and Service we have the ideal venue for you to use your skill within an amazing setting. Salary - 40,000 - 50,000 + Bonus As the Hotel General Manager you will drive excellence in the service and experience of the operation. You will Identify, motivate, train, develop and direct team members to deliver exceptional service and accomplish daily goals and targets that are set. Ensure that all teams are motivated, enthusiastic and feel supported and can accomplish any challenges that they face. This position also oversees the administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation and safety. The Hotel General Manager you will focus on innovative hospitality and events in order to support operational excellence. * Drives sales via the sales team for events, private dining, meetings and weddings * Has a passion for quality food preparation and taste, * Trains and develops the team to ensure the team are fully trained in providing an exceptional customer journey. * Conduct all reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions in a professional and timely manner. * Monitor and manage all financial responsibilities. * Communicate with our partner honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.
