The vacancy of Senior Sous at this stunning Country House Hotel is an opportunity to produce fantastic, modern and vibrant dishes using local produce and work alongside a close-knit team in a beautiful location. This role is really focussed on food and you will be given the creative freedom to champion the fantastic produce that Northumberland has to offer in your own unique style.
