Henlow Court offers compassionate, individualised residential, nursing and respite care for up to 40 residents in a warm and comfortable environment. A day care service with a choice of cooked meals is also available. The home is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the shops and amenities of the town of Dursley. We are now Recruiting Nurses to join our Team! Registered nurses hold the highest nursing position in nursing homes, as they oversee the activities of the rest of the nursing staff. Instead of just focusing on the immediate needs of patients, RGNs are responsible for overseeing each residents overall health and medical histories. Our nurses will lead and support the care team to provide the highest quality care making critical decisions and leading on clinical issues within a person-centred care model. The role holds responsibility for the quality of nursing assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation and associated care team training issues to ensure that at all times residents receive an excellent standard of care.
