Nurses Needed! Location: National - Multiple Territories across the UK Salary & benefits including Company Car IQVIA is seeking to recruit experienced Nurses to support our COVID-19 Sampling Study where you will work in a communitysetting and support the study through blood and swab testing. Across your geographical territory, you will be visiting survey participants in their own homes to carry out these tests. You may also support other Healthcare Worker (HCW) colleagues working in your region on the blood and swab sampling study by acting as a team advisor and trainer. We are looking for flexible and adaptable individuals to work full time (37 hours) or 4 days (30 hours) per week. Within these hours there will also be evening, and weekend work required. You will be IT literate, able to accurately report, maintain and analyse participants records and complete internal electronic monitoring and reporting in accordance with program timescales. All relevant training will be provided. Our nurses are professionals, who are confident working autonomously and managing their own time, highly organised, with good communication skills and a positive approach, keen to support other colleagues. As an IQVIA Nurse you will be responsible for: * Carrying out clinical procedures including viral swabs and phlebotomy inparticipants'homes. * Keeping accurate records of the visits and ensuring samples are sent on for testing * Providing support to participants in the home As a Nurse at IQVIA you need to be/have: * A qualified nurse with current registration (3 years post registration experience desirable) * Experienced in phlebotomy/venepuncture * Ability to work autonomously and confidently * Flexible, professional approach * Computer literate * Strong communication skills * Eligibility to work full time in the UK * Current full UK driving licence (no more than 6 pts.) * Able to work some weekends and evenings IQVIA is the leading human data science company focused on helping healthcare clients find unparalleled insights and better solutions for patients.
