We are now recruiting Carer's to join our team! Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Working within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people with their personal needs as well as supporting them to go about their daily activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face. Alternate weekend working will be required.
