Job Description
My client based in Chelmsford are looking for flexible NHS GP Administrators or Receptionists to join their surgery as bank staff on an adhoc basis. Duties will include general administration, answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to cancel or amend bookings. Book appointments and patients in, office filings and completing documents, providing excellent customer service and any other duties as required. To apply you MUST have System One Experience and hold a Smart Card. You must have previous experience in administration or reception. Fantastic customer service and communication skills is essential. Must be able to work shifts when required on an as and when basis as they have a lot of work available.
