Job Description
Building Surveyor £33,996 Are you an Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity with a dynamic, forward thinking housing association providing great homes and communities throughout the South West. Using your experience within project and asset management, you will be responsible for delivering professional surveying, design and contract administration services, to a multitude of refurbishment programmes. .You will provide effective programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management, ensuring the customer experience and quality standards are understood, maintained and developed. You will hold a relevant professional qualification and be able to evidence significant experience of carrying out detailed design work for the refurbishment of buildings. You will bring experience of project management delivery in relation to significant capital/revenue projects within a property investment related organisation and have a detailed understanding of managing health and safety within properties, including the management of CDM, asbestos, fire, water, gas and electrical safety If you are ambitious, open to new ideas and fresh approaches and have the passion and dedication to succeed then this could be the next challenge for you
