No 2 days are the same You will be working in a team of 12 other advisors in an open plan office environment. 8 weeks of training is provided and your skills are development even further after this time. Dedicated team leaders will always be on hand to help at anytime you require it. There's lots of opportunity for personal development and training as the company is very people focussed. They have advancement to multi-skill you up on various products which in turn will increase your salary and job prospects.
