The Role We are seeking a Reward and HRMI Analyst to join our Brentwood team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Reward, the Reward and HRMI Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all operational reward related activities as well as supporting the wider HR team in the production of HR management information and insights. This is an ideal role for an individual with previous reward, benefits, compensation, or HRMI experience who is seeking a broader and more varied opportunity. You will gain excellent exposure to the business, including senior management, within an organisation that champions change and development. Responsibilities Pension and Benefits Management: * Production and maintenance of all benefit related procedures and communication materials * Co-ordination of all benefit launch and cyclical renewal activities * Management of employee benefit query escalations in conjunction with the AskHR team * Day to day (operational) management of third-party provider relationships to ensure SLAs are met Compensation Planning: * Management of market survey benchmarking and compensation insight activities * Support the Head of Reward with the execution of the annual performance and reward cycle, including (but not limited to) the production of incentive models and co-ordination of pay recommendations * Production of reward related internal and external reporting requirements including (but not limited to) regulatory returns, audit requirements and committee papers Governance & Regulation: * Support the Head of Reward with administrative activities surrounding people related SMCR (regulatory) matters HRMI & Insights: * Support the HRMI and Insight Analyst with the production of ad hoc HRMI and Insights for the HR team and its key stakeholders. This role will be expected to provide support during peak times provide cover (when needed) on cyclical activities The Person * Educated to degree level or equivalent experience * Previous experience working in an HR environment, ideally in a Reward, Payroll or HRMI/systems related role * Strong numeracy skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail * Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g. ability to run look ups, pivots) * Attention to detail and methodical in work practices * Discreet, diplomatic and able to handle sensitive information in confidence * Customer service oriented, with a "can do" attitude * Proactive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative Banding This role is an SB4 within Shawbrook's internal banding structure
