Job Description
Are you an experienced Sales Manager with experience in attaining long term sales growth in mobile communication solutions? Ford & Stanley - Are recruiting a Sales manager on a permanent basis for a global communication solutions business, who are focused on delivering outstanding products and services to meet their electrical and optical connectivity needs. Location (s): Home based with national and international travel Role and Responsibilities: * To assist Sales peer group in attainment of profitable, long term sales growth for the Northern Europe Region * To advise on, and position, new growth opportunities for all products, as per specific market segment strategy * To manage the highest level of service to all customers, external and internal. * To plan and carry out Company policies to all phases of sales activity, personally or by delegation. * To interact with Regional Management, Product Divisions, Sales Teams and supporting departments to ensure efficient and effective communication in support of specified customer base. * Promote and sell all products and technologies within the relevant Market. * Define, Manage and implement Market strategies, plans and activities (pricing agreements, product portfolio etc.) that support the corporate strategies. * Develop, implement and manage a stable customer base for the relevant Market, resulting in profitable growth business. * Ensure that clients products and services are specified into key strategic accounts that ensure the future growth for the company. * Increase clients relevant Market share whilst ensuring that corporate profitability targets are realized and ensure that this continues to grow at the corporate expected rate thereafter. * Understand your applicable market segments in relation to competition, applications and products. Candidate skills required * Technical Sales experience working within the Mobile Communication (FttA), Outside Broadcast or Industrial markets * Experience in selling/designing in Optical Fibre Connectivity & Cabling solutions, to Operators/Owners, End Users, System Integrators, Installers, Consultants & Distributors * Good mix of Technical ability aligned with a consultative customer approach * Entrepreneurial and innovative approach to capturing new opportunities * Proven track record in building close customer relationships. * In-depth technical knowledge of Mobile communication products. * Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen. * Excellent planning and implementation skills.
