Role: Supervisor" Sterile Services Salary: £21,892 - £24,157 + attractive benefits package Hours: 37.5 per week - day and night shifts available Contract: Perm Location: Braintree, Essex Role: Supervisor- Sterile Services Salary: £21,892 - £24,157 + attractive benefits package Hours: 37.5 hours per week - day and night shifts available Contract: Perm Location: Braintree, Essex Right now we have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Sterile Services team at Ramsay Sterile Services East, Braintree. The Role: To lead and supervise the team in completing the process of daily sterilisation/decontamination of equipment adhering to all of the Ramsay sterilisation policies and procedures. Completing all documentation accurately and on time whilst maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the process, maintaining accurate records of all production process paperwork. Playing a key part in audits to ensure accreditation for the service is in place working alongside the wider sterile services team. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that high standards of health & safety are followed at all time. You will work closely with site management to ensure an all-round positive & safe working environment for all thus providing an excellent service. What you'll bring with you: * Experience at a supervisory level/leading a team. * Previous experience in Decontamination. * The ability to train staff in all aspects of sterile services. * Strong Communication Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Flexibility and adaptability. * Sound written and verbal communication skills.
