Automotive Service Advisor required in Chelmsford, Essex Salary: Circa 24,000 (depending on experience) Term: Full Time, Permanent Our client, a prestige specialist, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their service department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company. Duties as a Service Advisor include: *Acting as a contact for customers, from booking in, to liaising with the aftersales department in order to provide them with regular updates on the status of their vehicles *To ensure that the cost of parts required and price of work have been agreed with the customer *Explaining technical information that may be pertinent to the customer in a clear manner *Acting as a point of contact for customers and making sure that they are provided the highest level of care as well as building a rapport with them in order to retain their business Requirements for the role of Service Advisor include: *Acting in a professional, welcoming manner to customers *The ability to clearly communicate to both customers and colleagues *Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction *Knowledge of Kerridge or a similar DMS would be beneficial Submit your up to date CV, ensuring you include all your contact details, including your mobile phone number, postcode and your email address.
