The Team Nasdaq's Strategic Capital Intelligence (SCI) is a team of consultative analysts helping companies to identify and implement strategic growth initiatives such as targeting new investors, optimizing capital deployment strategies, measuring the effect of index inclusion/exclusion and advising on capital raises and on key topics such as activism and ESG. Companies across all industries, sectors and regions partner with Nasdaq to maximize the effectiveness of their IR initiatives and enhance shareholder value. Our global team of consultative experts and industry-leading software provide our clients with strategic actionable intelligence and unparalleled visibility into the capital markets for the long term. A typical day will include * Advising public company investor relations and management teams on investor outreach strategy and execution (consult on conferences, NDRs and direct outreach, PMs and analysts for company to engage) * Research buy-side investors/capital markets trends * Create presentation material for client phone conversations, virtual presentations and in-person meetings * Spending time in excel models one minute, then shifting to a call to advise a public company the next minute You will need to demonstrate skills/experience in * Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, with solid understanding of and interest in the capital markets * Comfort in a client facing role * Very strong quantitative skills, exceptional proficiency in MS Office Tools - MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point * Comfort balancing a number of concurrent data analyses * Attention to detail a must * Possess a curious nature around learning new topics and solving problems * Education Required: Business, Finance or Economics Degree Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
