Overview
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator for our award winning wealth management client for their Manchester office. Our client is currently the fastest growing wealth management brand in the UK and has over 10bn in client assets held under management from over 17,000 clients. Ideally you will an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent) and/ or be working towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. You will work as part of a team to provide the Wealth Planners with the ability to maintain a client portfolio, some key elements of the role include: * Liaise with policy providers to obtain detailed information * Obtaining illustrations * Processing new business applications * Tracking business applications/ pipeline * Updating client database to ensure correct records are held * Deliver excellent customer service/ satisfaction at all times My client also offers full training through to adviser status so if you are looking to further your career in financial services please apply today.
