Job Description

The ideal candidate would be comfortable making strategic decisions about accounts, communicating with clients and speaking to senior decision makers in big companies on the decision maker's terms in a relaxed but concise manner; mentally and verbally agile - respectful of people, their differences and preferences. Requirements * Telephone sales or marketing experience * Min 1 years experience in B2B environment * Experience with web tools/technology (we use Salesforce/Asana/Slack etc) * Good record of booking meetings/calls OR generating sales * Outbound Telemarketing experience a plus * Comfortable speaking to senior decision makers * Excellent spoken communication skills with good diction * Ability to effectively communicate with senior individuals in large companies * Mentally and verbally agile * Empathetic and respectful yet tenacious * Honest and reliable * Ability to work alone and as part of a team Responsibilities * Successfully booking meetings and calls (and identifying sales opportunities) * Calling many cold and warm prospects each day * Succinctly communicating complex propositions on prospects terms * Recording accurate notes in systems * Meaningfully progressing discussions and agreeing next steps on prospects terms Benefits * Scope for growth * Competitive rates of pay * Full training and support provided * Pension scheme * 20 days holidays, plus Bank holidays * Exceptional coffee and fairly drinkable tea Employment Type: FULL_TIME
