Successful Start-up hiring Python Developers - Fully Remote, UK. Salary up to £80,000 - 2 posistions left. Bristol and Remote developers you're gonna love this one! A very successful start-up who launched 2.5 years ago have just closed their recent round of investment from their loyal early investors and now it's time to grow a UK based team. They already have a team of 6 engineers, designers and a BA and looking to bring on 11 new folk to the team! It's going to be mega!! Reporting to the coolest head of engineering who has built a solid road map we are looking for 3 Python Developers. Right now the team are spread across the UK, mainly London and the South West however they have been getting together one a week in Bristol mainly and have decided here is where they would like to open an office and start scaling the team further. The CEO founded the business to disrupt a $1 trillion industry, to improve the economic and environmental impacts of it. Having seen first has the impact of relevant technology this company are here to revolutionise for the greater good. I think we will start to see their name a lot in Bristol and I'm excited to be helping them hire some serious talent! You will help define the tech direction of the platform and you'll be able to pick up your own parts. You will own the code you write and get to decide how it is written and what it runs on. They hold and collect a lot of Data so any experience in Data Science or Machine Learning is a bonus. However that isn't essential at all but you'll be supported to get stuck in building the next generation of data and analytics platforms! They are also working on building a new product to help this industry with the impact of Covid-19 - a new and greenfield project to get your teeth into! The tech they are working with: Python using Django. PostgreSQL, REST API, AWS, Docker, React, React Native, Terraform. For all of the roles we are recruiting for you can work remotely however expect to travel to Bristol at least once a week later in the year. When the office is open you can work as much as you like in their or at home, whatever floats your boat. They don't want to go on years of experience or titles as they are looking for people who want progress their career, continue to learn and for any Lead Developers you will work closely with the Head of Engineering to support this new team. Salary is up to £80,000! 2 stage interviews happening asap kicking off with a 20 min informal chat and then a more in depth technical interview with some of the team and a demo of the product.
