Nursery Manager

Bezinga are currently looking to recruit a manager for a new nursery opening in September/ October. This will be a prestigious venue for the area set in a stunning new development and will seriously raise the game for early years education in the area . The setting is brand new with no expense spared and is purpose designed in a light modern and spacious concept space. This is a unique opportunity. The client has already nearly filled the nursery in advance with a strong uptake in pre-registrations. We are searching for a superstar! and would love to hear from experienced candidates with fantastic attributes: * A people person with great presentational skills * NVQ Level 3 in childcare or above * 5 years' experience working in a nursery setting * Experienced in managing an outstanding rated setting * Paediatric and safeguarding preferable DSL * Experience of supervising others * A clear & current DBS * Experienced in budgeting, writing rota's and supervising staff * Experienced in commissioning of services and dealing with both local authorities and Ofsted * A strong commitment to children's development and welfare * Excellent written communication skills * A full check-able work history * We are committed to safer recruitment and all candidates would be subject to a safer recruitment process.
