Job Description
My client based in Basildon are looking for a Retail Counter Assistant to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. Duties will include: *Serving customers on the trade counter *Providing a high level of customer service *Dealing with till transactions *Promote new products in store *Warehouse duties *Helping with deliveries *Carrying out stock checks You must have recent retail or trade counter experience whilst having a good knowledge of computer and customer service skills. You will need to have a good use of initiative, be reliable and trustworthy with a confident, friendly approach to customers. Driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential. Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and the occasional Saturday (1 in 6). Interviews will be held within the next 7 - 10 working days.
