We are looking for a committed Customer Service Advisor to join the team, based at our warehouse in Beckton. The Role As our Customer Service Advisor, you will aid in the everyday tasks of a busy Customer Service team. Responsibilities of our Customer Service Advisor will include: + Deal with routine customer queries and matters by phone, email and letter. + Assist with any complaints regarding our store/ website/ level of service + Assist with handling and processing store returns / E-Commerce garment returns. + Data processing and invoice approval Our Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and experience: + Well organised with strong time management skills + Experience working with Zendesk is a must + Attention to detail and strong communication skills- both verbal and written + Reliable and focused + Self-motivated and team-oriented + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Polite and friendly telephone manner at all times + Be flexible to cover other shifts as and when required If you think you have the skills and experience required to start your story as our Customer Service Advisor, don't miss out - apply now! #IAMREISS
