Hi Vis Hire, Specialist Recruiters for the Hire industry has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading hirer of Accommodation/ Portable Welfare units, Portable Toilets, Storage solutions, Tower Lights and Fencing at their depot near Falkirk The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of service delivery to customers meets or exceeds agreed service levels and that any improvements or changes required are implemented efficiently. This role is about building strong relationships with existing customers or lapsed customers to ensure that business opportunities are maximised Candidates should have * Previous success in a Business to Business Customer Service role * Experience in outbound calling including formulating call plans and gathering information * Excellent communication and customer relationship building skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers and people. * The ability to identify key decision makers and fact-find to uncover customer needs * Passionate and results driven * A professional and confident telephone manner * Experience/understanding of the construction/hire industry would be extremely beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with customers to provide the best experience possible and has a positive and dynamic approach to their work.
