Air Conditioning Supervisor

Our client is a fantastic and growing medium sized M&E Service Provider, it is currently looking to hire an Air Conditioning Supervisor in Central South West London. As the Air Conditioning Supervisor, you will be based at a large high-end residential block, overseeing a team of 3 engineers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to the apartments and communal areas' air conditioning. The successful Air Conditioning Supervisor's duties will include but not be limited to: carrying out PPM and Reactive maintenance on a range of commercial air conditioning units and some minor fabric duties. In addition, the Air Conditioning Supervisor will also be responsible for managing the team, all client and tenant liaison, overseeing contractors, ordering parts and preparing quotes. Applicants must have formal qualifications and training in Air Conditioning and have the F Gas certificate.
