Payroll Administrator PAYE Umbrella

Job Description
As a PAYE Umbrella Administrator you will be reporting to the Payroll Lead and will be part of the vibrant Payroll Team. You will be trained in all areas of the role and will be required to undertake the following duties: Role Responsibilities * Raise invoices from remittances * Assessment of correct PAYE and National Insurance being levied on each payslip * P45/P46 information correctly input and disclosed * Ensuring personal deductions are correctly calculated and disclosed (e.g.) CSA, attachment of earnings * Gain an understanding of agency payroll data and build on our relationships with them to be able to accurately process the payroll by the correct payment method * Take into consideration how different agencies have invoices raised (e.g. Self-Billing) * Process agency imports in accordance with correct payment dates and terms * Process advances in accordance with agreed policy at the request of the agency * Understand the elements of a payslip including Umbrella income to employment income * Importing the bank accounts each day * Ensuring all invoices in the sales ledger are paid by the agency in accordance with their terms and do not become overdue * Cash match the sales ledge entries to payments received by the agencies Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and has a passion for working within a fast paced changing environment. Our ideal candidate would have PAYE Umbrella experience and worked with MERIT .
