Savings Product Manager

Product Manager London As a Product Manager within Private Bank you will strive to provide the right solutions for our diverse clients through our international network of specialists. Together we serve 10 different client segments to whom our businesses offer a wide range of products and services. You will have end to end responsibility for the provision of savings products to clients of the Barclays Group via the Private Bank platform in the UK and Europe. What will you be doing? Maintaining product integrity, managing at all times product, legal, regulatory compliance and business risk Owning and adapting where necessary product documentation, procedures and knowledge tools Acting as the key point of contact for product related issues and incidents, responding in a timely fashion to all enquiries/requests for product information and/or changes You will be working with relevant internal and external suppliers to commission, simplify and improve all product related communications Aligning operations and systems to support the delivery of products and improve the service proposition Providing regular market insight, competitor analysis, product KPIs and metrics You will be responsible for product performance including product reviews, proactive management of complaints and key journeys What we're looking for: Previous product management experience within the financial industry Ability to understand how products work within a technology environment and how these will appear to clients Ability to understand and positively challenge the operational, regulatory, legal, tax & technological constraints of product delivery Skills that will help you in the role: A high degree of competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint A high degree of numeracy, analytical skills and an eye for detail Knowledge of Private Banking personal and non-personal clients, Banking products and relevant aspects of product pricing Where will you be working?
