The iconic Metropolitan is looking for a Pizza chef who wants to deliver high standard freshly cooked stonebaked pizzas. We require professional people with friendly personalities and a good work ethic, who love working in a team and want to exceed at a job they enjoy. You will be responsible for the mise en place for your section and service of all pizzas from our pizza kitchen. Requirements * Proven cooking experience with fresh food production and pizzas. * Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. * Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. * Familiar with industrys best practices & regulations.
