Water Leakage Technician

**CRITICAL WORKERS NEEDED FOR WATER LEAKAGE DETECTION WORK** An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Leakage Technician to work for one of the UK's leading Engineering Sub-Contractors on the Severn Trent Water network. As a Leakage Control Technician you will play a key role in detecting, locating and reporting both visible and hidden leaks from our client's distribution network using traditional and advanced techniques and equipment. Key skills: * To undertake a detailed survey to identify the type and location of water leakage * Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services * Undertake survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection * Carry out adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details) and other duties as required. The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of leakage detection equipment, including a correlator, pipe tracer, ground microphone and listening stick. Ideally you will have a valid NRSWA (street works) card although this is not essential For more information please apply within.
