The Global Marketing team supports investment and non-investment marketing initiatives focused on the Citi Private Bank global investment management arena. Support is focused around the delivery of pre and post-sale literature and training for customized strategies, investment management and advisory services. Activities include: global/regional content development and delivery, thought leadership, via traditional and digital strategies; communications and forging marketing partnerships with channels outside the Private Bank, as appropriate, in support of the global investment management business. The Capital Markets Marketing Specialist will report to the Capital Markets Marketing Manager and work in close partnership with Private Bank's Global Head of Capital Markets, senior members of the Global Marketing team as well as the global Investments organization more broadly to establish a holistic marketing support framework for the Global Capital Markets organization. **Responsibilities / Duties:** + Develop a solid understanding of the Global Capital Markets business products and services as it relates to the Private Bank client base + Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in the development, review and editing of marketing materials for internal / external use with global or regional distribution. This entails working closely with Capital Markets sales, product specialist, legal, compliance, SP 24 teams and other partners across the Private Bank, as appropriate + Align and implement campaigns in support of the overall business strategies, managing senior stakeholders' expectations and rolling out new propositions. Partner with the broader Global Capital Markets and Investments Marketing team members on this + Work across functions and drive the development of clear messaging (client facing and internal awareness), including offering proposition around product launch materials and internal tools + Own the Capital Markets presence on website and intranet, ensuring messaging is current + Plan and organize training modules to educate Bankers and Investment Counselors globally, via email, video, webcasts as well as other traditional methods + Manage global compliance and SP24 coordination as it relates to Capital Markets product launches, training and ongoing after-sales support materials + Ensure materials have appropriate legal/compliance and SP24 approvals before distribution. Work on regulatory topics in an effort to assist in the improvement of the process + Participate in broader marketing initiatives during the year as required **Qualifications:** + Highly experienced in the Financial Services industry in asset management/wealth management or private banking. Bachelor's degree required + Solid background in Economics and Finance, practical knowledge of structured products and derivatives + Proven understanding of investments and investment marketing material development and execution + Strong proficiency in Microsoft office is required + Energetic, strategic thinker who is resourceful, organized, and driven, extremely detail oriented + Flexibility / adaptability / curiosity and the ability to work under pressure + Organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and reassess priorities based on changing business needs + Results driven with ability and strong experience with problem solving + Ability to identify and recommend changes to processes in order to improve and streamline those processes + Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication skills, additional language a plus ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type : ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
