If any of these things sound appealing, you should consider joining the EU Workforce Staffing team as the Sr. Marketing Manager - UK and CEE. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team and lead marketing for the UK and CEE (Poland, Czech and Slovakia) geographies. We desire candidates who think differently to deploy new and exciting strategies to hire over 50,000 Amazon Associates per year. This role will encompass both strategic and operational elements. Strategically, we expect this role to develop and drive a holistic marketing strategy to support UK and CEE Ops businesses for Associate hiring. Our goal is enabling long-term growth to attract new hourly associates for various operational business lines at Amazon. We expect this role to drive strategies within traditional channels including online, print and broadcast, but more importantly, we seek candidates who want to explore new channels and methods. Thinking out of the box is an asset in this role. Operationally, we expect this role to own marketing creation, deployment and execution. With this comes developing KPIs and analytics to understand campaign effectiveness. We want to learn and fail fast - taking what worked well for forward. This role will also be responsible for a team of marketing professionals deployed in each supported country. Leading candidates will have in depth experience in marketing (recruiting marketing preferred) and excel in strategy design, data analytics, team leadership and an ability to influence.
