Compliance Enterprise Risk Management Analyst
Overview
Job Description
Serves as a compliance risk senior analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for assisting with internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the global ICRM teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet Citi's needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework. Primary responsibilities include compliance risk management reporting and data analysis. Key Activities include: + Assisting in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM. + Developing, analyzing and publishing management information reporting in support of ICG ICRM used to assist in managing compliance risk. + Obtaining and interpreting gold source data in report development and performing data comparison and analysis. + Executing key initiatives and routine deliverables across ICG ICRM in support of the Compliance Risk Management Framework. + Assisting in the maintenance of the quarterly and annual global ICG ICRM Manager's Control Assessment (MCA). + Preparing monthly Issues and CAPs analysis. + Collaborating with other internal areas both within and outside of ICRM. + Additional duties as assigned. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** **Education level and/or relevant experience(s)** **Required:** Bachelor's degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; 3-5 years' experience. **Knowledge and skills** + **Required** : + Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization + Strong project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time + Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and management + Some knowledge in area of focus + Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, and ad hoc requests with extremely tight deadlines + Prior experience with reporting a plus + Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type :Full time ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
