Deputy Clinical Nurse Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Fertility Nurse for the role of Deputy Clinical Nurse Manager, who is a patient centred, committed, and enthusiastic individual. You would be working within a rapidly developing service and you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills. A background in Reproductive Medicine or Women's Health is required and the applicant should be competent in Trans-Vaginal Ultrasound scanning, with a willingness to work towards qualification. You will be required to deputise in the absence of the Clinical Nurse Manager and undertake daily managerial tasks where required. You should demonstrate the ability to lead by example and undertake teaching with junior staff members. You would be expected to work within the realms of your professional NMC guidelines, whilst maintaining the vision, values and aims of Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust.
