We're looking to grow our engineering teams with: Capital ProjectEngineers to provide technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering and project management to ensure plant projects and modifications are carried out to the required standard. We'll be looking at you to help us plan execute and deliver all allocated capital projects ensuring compliance. Your degree in Engineering or plant maintenance and your project management skills means that you will be comfortable scoping and managing the execution of major capital projects. You will be the go to person that delivers capital projects while providing technical support. Highly numerate and detail oriented you will participate in multifunctional teams to identify investment opportunities to optimise plant efficiency. Maintenance PlanningEngineers to prioritise the work and create achievable daily / weekly and shutdown Maintenance plans, by ensuring all parts and materials are prepared for the tasks. Your knowledge in Reliability Management techniques will help you manage the planning of the SAP-PM system for onward execution. With a high attention to detail and used to working with information you can easily prioritise maintenance activities to ensure compliance. You will also be handling External Contract Companies as well as being the go to person for Parts Kitting, Non stock spares sourcing and others to ensure planned work can be completed first time. Working with the multifunctional team to optimise plant efficiency. Continuous Improvement Engineers to be the equipment specialist in a specific technology with the accountability to maximise equipment efficiency and build the capability of all functions that interact with it. This role is the custodian of all work standards and procedures for specific technology and ensures improvements are rolled out across all similar equipment to give standardised processes and procedures. Building capability of the functional teams using the procedures and work standards to give guaranteed repeatability and agility to meet customer demands. Working with the multifunctional teams to continually optimise plant efficiency.
