Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is an integrated community and acute trust providing a seamless service to residents of the borough We are committed to delivering best quality care to our patients closer to home which was reflected by a rating of 'Good' from the Care Quality Commission We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse with a Specialist Practitioner qualification to join our busy community nursing team. Working in partnership with the Neighbourhood Nurse Lead, the Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse will have a key role in the provision of high quality care to clients in their own home The successful candidate must demonstrate up to date clinical skills, as well as sound management and leadership qualities. Applicants will be expected to apply their knowledge of current issues and evidence based practice in addition to sharing the Trust commitments and values. You will experience the challenges of working within a diverse multicultural society and within a supportive team where you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and competencies. This post will involve working shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday including rotational weekends and a full driving licence and daily access to a car is essential.
