Community Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our forward-thinking and dynamic team based in Biggleswade. Our service focuses on developing and utilising the specialist mental health skills of individual employees and embracing their core competencies as Registered Nurses. As a team we provide assessments, care planning, delivery and evaluation of those with moderate to severe mental health difficulties. The successful candidate will carry out the role of a Care Coordinator under the principles of CPA, administer IM injections, participate in Safeguarding Investigations, monitor mental state and review the care provided. You will liaise with Primary Care Services, and the Voluntary and Private Sector to contribute to providing a Recovery focussed model of care. On-going support and supervision will be provided. In addition, you will have a Personal Development Plan and be actively encouraged to develop your skills and professional interests such as the opportunity to undertake AMHP training, DBT training etc. Employment Type: FULL_TIME
