Job Description

Relief Support Worker in Conwy and surrounding areas 8.72 per hour At Allied you will provide person centred/outcome focused support and be adaptable to the individual needs of the customer. As a Support worker you will be playing a fundamental part in improving the customer's quality of life and Wellbeing. Duties could include administration of medication, weekly shopping, assistance with weekly banking, and budgeting, light cleaning duties, and development of daily life skills. The role will also include elements of personal care. We are looking for empathetic and caring individuals who are able to work as part of a team, as you will be working with clients with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, epilepsy and wheelchair users . Experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential for this role as full training will be provided.
