Job Description
KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability Sectors *Interviews will be held virtually* Job Title: BIT and Digital Tutor / Trainer Location: Manchester / North West - Must be flexible with travel Salary: £28,000 - £32,500 (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + Much More Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: * Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET * Have experience of delivering BIT (Business Improvement Techniques) and ideally Digital/IT (or have strong competency within Digital/IT - or have embedded IT/Digital learning within existing delivery) * Experience of delivering classroom / group and work-based training. * Experience of teaching / delivering Functional Skills English and Maths to level 2. * Hold solid occupational competency within Business Improvement Techniques. * Experience of working with a wide variety of learners and have the ability to inspire and motivate them. * Good understanding of Ofsted requirements. * IT Literate * Driver with own vehicle, and flexible with travel Duties include: * Train, support and assess learners working towards AEB qualifications in BIT Business Improvement Techniques at level 2, and Digital IT qualifications in a group setting, 1-1 and online. * Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English. * Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs. * Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. * Support, advise and motivate learners. * Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
