Job Description

We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified physiotherapist to provide operational management to the MSK Physiotherapy team and advanced physiotherapy assessment and intervention to patients within MSK services in Moray. This post is part of the MSK outpatient team which consists of junior rotational staff, senior rotational and static staff as well as advanced practitioners. Services are provided at bases across Moray, in Forres, Buckie, Keith, Speyside and Elgin. There is a requirement of the post holder to be responsible for high quality clinical supervision for less experienced physiotherapists, technical instructors and students from Robert Gordon's University. We have a robust system for documentation audit, supervision, mentoring and peer review within all sites. We strive to provide an excellent service for patients within the locality. Moray Physiotherapy teams Community, Acute, Musculoskeletal and Paediatric work closely together and band 5 and 6 staff also rotate around these specialities. As part of NHS Grampian, we work closely with our colleagues within the region to ensure that strategies are developed over a wider geographical arena.
