Welcome to our London Innovation Lab. Job Purpose: We have developed a number of value add platforms across our global lab network (London, Tel Aviv, Singapore, New York). We are looking to further develop our global product and client engagement so that we can shape the evolution of our platform development and look to add further business value across our Markets and Securities Service Organisation. This role will work closely with the lab global platform teams and their Product Managers to develop the future strategy for each product and to ensure that internal business feedback is clearly included within the product development cycle. The role will be critical to the development of new products, ensuring that we have full stakeholder engagement in piloting and fully developing solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Business Relationship Management: Primary responsibility for maintaining relationships with our key Markets and Securities stakeholders in London. + Generate Opportunities: Will work with key stakeholders in business and technology to develop ongoing opportunities for lab platforms. + Product Management : The role will have direct responsibility for product management for platforms managed in London and will work very closely with product managers in other locations to ensure input into strategy and roadmap. + Product Demonstrations: Leads communication and engagement on product showcasing and demonstration for all lab products to London clients. + Design workshop: Will lead and engage in product design workshops with stakeholders and design team + Contribute to product technical Strategy: Will work closely with engineering and platform teams to determine technical strategy. + Customer Success: Responsibility to ensure the lab demonstrates and delivers measured success for our clients. Qualifications : Graduate qualification preferred plus relevant industry experience. Knowledge/Experience: + Relevant experience in a technology role and ideally within the finance sector + Demonstrated experience of delivering new products and product enhancements in the financial sector + It would be beneficial to have an understanding of the Capital Markets / Investment Banking + Experience of agile and lean development methods + Team player - puts own success below the success of the team. + Strong communication skills. Interacts and engages constantly with other team members. Recognises the challenge of communication with remote team members and takes action to overcompensate. Skills: + Ability to deeply empathise with end users and incorporate learning into system design specifications at all stages of the development lifecycle. + Excellent written and oral communication.
