Location: Livingston Job type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday Salary: £Competitive Role Overview We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Team Leader who will be responsible for complying to all Paterson's Safety, Health and Environmental policies onsite to facilitate the investigation and resolution of stock enquiries, the training of any new employees to the stores and the completion of any Good Received Notes. You will also assist the Warehouse and Logistics Manager with Warehouse duties when required and client stock counts. Your hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities * Compliance to all Paterson Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures and onsite regulations * Compliance with BRC Regulations, procedures * Compliance to all critical operational activity * Investigation and Resolution of stock enquiries * Timely and accurate receipt of Arran stock * Assist with warehouse duties when required * Assist with control and management of the client stock counts * Supply of key contractual infromation as requested by the Warehouse and logistics Manager * Ensure that all raw material and packaging materials are received in a satisfactory condition and recorded and processed on SAP * Complete the appropriate Goods Received Notes I Delivery notes in a timely manner. * Able to process any Return of Raw Materials and Packaging back into SAP * Train any new employees to the stores as required * Able to carry out the correct method of waste segregation Key Requirements · Excellent PC skills - Excel/Word/Powerpoint · RTITB Counterbalance forklift truck and Reach truck license would be desirable · Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous · Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Ideally SAP · A genuine willingness to learn and develop · Attentiveness to detail, ability to maintain focus whilst multi-tasking · Able to work at pace and maintain accuracy · Basic understanding of Health and Safety matters Who Are We?
