Job Description As a technical writer in the IT industry, you will be working on creating, editing, and reviewing client-facing documents/end-user documentation, including product documentation, how-to`s, and use cases for the Infobip products and solutions. The position also involves a whole variety of technical content and can include internal technical documentation. So, if you are a (tech-savvy) writer at heart, you will enjoy the diversity of tasks! If you are an enthusiastic tech communicator and would be comfortable talking to people from different industries and frequently jumping on calls, we have an ad for you to read: Qualifications Desired skills & experience * Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience, preferably in the IT industry (technical writer, technical content writer, QA, documentation manager) * Degree in IT or English language studies, equivalent work experience * Native level or full professional proficiency in the English language (written and verbal). Preferably, a superior command of the English language, including grammar and language usage. * Experience in writing API documentation * Skilled with HTML and CSS, as well as basic UX writing * Experience in documentation features, UI, and writing concise technical guides (for end-users or developers) * Superior research skills * Strong attention to detail * Experience in interviewing subject matter experts * Proven ability to create technical content for web * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to meet aggressive deadlines * Patience and willingness to work with multiple teams and departments across different time zones to produce the documentation * Quickly learns and adopts technology, tools, and processes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment at Infobip Bonus points * We'd love to have you if you're a lifelong learner. * A proactive, open-minded, and optimistic attitude to resolving problems and delivering results. * Familiar with style guides.
